Find your way
back to yourself.
Maybe you’ve been holding things together while quietly struggling. It can be exhausting to feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or caught in the same painful patterns, especially when you’ve been trying hard to make things better. I offer a place to talk openly, feel heard, and make sense of what you’re experiencing. Together, we’ll work toward changes that feel meaningful in your everyday life and help you reconnect with yourself and the people who matter to you.

Where would you
like to begin?
Different experiences. Different starting points.
Explore what working together could look like.
Individual therapy
Make room for your whole self.
Are you experiencing persistent emotional discomfort, problems in relationships, the effects of trauma, or a sense of feeling stuck? The world today can feel overwhelming, cold, and distant, making it hard to feel connected or hopeful. You don’t have to navigate it all alone. Therapy can be a place to feel heard, make sense of what you’re carrying, and find your own way forward.

Not sure where to begin?
ROOM TO BE YOURSELF
A little space
to exhale.
Set down
what you’re carrying.
You spend so much of your life holding things together. Here, there is room to pause and speak honestly.

Take your time.
Find your words.
Some things are hard to put into words. We can make room for the uncertainty and begin with what feels possible.
You don’t have to have it all figured out.
A conversation is enough to begin.

SUPPORT BEYOND THE THERAPY ROOM
Looking for case management?
If you need help navigating services, coordinating care, or connecting with practical resources, I can help you explore referrals to outside case management providers. Their services, availability, and fees are arranged separately.
BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Room for questions.
Space to decide.
Finding a therapist is personal. An initial conversation gives you a chance to learn about my practice, ask what matters to you, and consider what kind of support feels right.
You might be wondering.
What if I don’t know where to start?
You can share what life has felt like lately, or simply what made you reach out. We can begin there and take our time making sense of the rest.
What if I have tried therapy before?
There is room to talk about what helped, what felt missing, and what you hope will be different this time. Your experience in therapy is part of how we decide what to focus on together.
Do I need to choose an approach?
You don’t need to arrive knowing whether EMDR, IFS, or another way of working is right for you. We can talk through the options, your comfort with them, and what makes sense for your goals.
A first step you can feel comfortable with.
Reach out briefly.
Email or call to ask about working together. You don’t need to share your full history in a first message.
Explore the fit in 15 minutes.
Your initial consultation is free. Talk about what you’re looking for and ask questions about working together.
Decide on the next step.
An inquiry does not commit you to ongoing therapy. Discuss the practical details before deciding whether to schedule.
YOUR NEXT STEP
You can begin
right where you are.
You don’t need the perfect words.
Let’s talk about what you’re looking for.
Please keep initial messages brief and avoid sensitive clinical details.
Email is not a secure clinical messaging service.
If you are in crisis, call or text 988 or call 911.
